Due to increasing demand for low volume tubes, we have extended our production range in a tubes diameter of 19 mm. Such tubes are suitable for packaging small content fillings ranging from 5 ml to 20 ml and company ZALESI offers them in both material variants, which means PBL (laminate plastic tubes with EVOH barrier) and ABL (laminate tubes with aluminum barrier).Tubes are available in basic white, transparent and silver designs.

Printing by ZALESI a.s. received the main award in the Print Avards competition, category UV Letterpress, organised by the company XSYS Print Solutions Sweden. The representative of the Swedish company handed over the award to the manager of the Printing department, Mr. Oldrich Zvonek.
From January 2007 our customers have had the option of tubes with direction-oriented flip-top caps. The caps are located so that their opening is centred on the axis of the face of the tube thus highlighting the exclusive look of the packaging.
Since the middle of 2006 Zalesi a.s. has been using clean rooms production. The company invested in building certified, fully enclosed production rooms with hygienic loops and air quality monitoring and regulation. This is carried out by an Italian Gea air conditioning unit. The production rooms thus comply with all the criteria required by customers from the pharmaceutical, food and other sectors for maximum cleanliness of the ambient enviroment.
