New printing machine GALLUS RCS 430 put into operation

In March 2017, ZALESI succesfully installed new printing machine Gallus RCS 430. It uses the most modern and effective technology of laminate tubes printing with the same concept we have been using with our external printing suppliers for a couple of years now.

The new printing machine is capable of producing sophisticated multicoloured prints and various types of finishing (gloss, matt, partial) and can combine flexography and screen printing processes as well as decorate using cold foil and hot foil embossing. Thanks to its modular system, high degree of automation, and extremely careful use of resources, ZALESI can now offer its customers top-quality and environment-friendly printing.

The transition to digital print preparation

In July 2015, we installed a new flexo plate and film imager CDI Spark 2530 from ESKO manufacturer and semi-automatic plate cleaning device DW 2730 by Dantex. By acquisition of this digital technology for print preparation we replaced obsolete analog device. Buying the CDI Spark 2530 and DW 2730 devices helped to improve and streamline the print preparation process.
